- Perfume products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items.
- Any product not in its original condition or damaged due to customer misuse

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions including shipping address and any necessary return authorization.
