At AnM Perfume, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.  
- To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.  
- Perfume products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used perfumes  
- Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items.
- Any product not in its original condition or damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@anmperfumes.com within the eligibility period with your order details and reason for return.  
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions including shipping address and any necessary return authorization.

Customer must provide unboxing video/photos for damage claims

Refunds*
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.  
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.  
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Exchanges 
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns 
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item shipped.
